The Sacred Heart Diet
The sacred heart diet is designed by experts in nutrition problems from the "Sacred Heart Memorial" hospital in Wisconsin, USA. The diet is made for the overweight cardiacs in order to lose weight quickly, usually before a surgery.
The diet was developed for 7 days, but can be resumed whenever necessary. If followed exactly, you will cleanse the body of toxins, you will feel energized and you will lose between 5 and 8 pounds.
The rules of the sacred hear diet are:
* Eat plenty of soup
* For fast fat burning, soup can be eaten whenever you are hungry. The more you eat, the more quickly you will lose weight;
* Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water daily;
* You can substitute the veal with chicken (without skin), and in one of the days you can also eat roast fish;
* Meat should be only boiled or grilled;
* Alcohol and bread are prohibited.
